Rudy's Strudel & Bakery

Rudy's began in 1948 when a Hungarian immigrant opened a Cleveland strudel shop at 48th and Storer, selling strudel and penny candy. After Rudy died in 1979, Ukrainian native Eugenia Polatajko bought the business and added kolachki, paczki, pierogi and other Eastern European foods. The bakery is now on Ridge Road in Parma's Polish Village, and orders can be placed in the store or by phone.
